摘 要
转向系统对于汽车而言十分的重要,而其中的转向器更是转向系统的重中之重,既然转向器这么的重要,那么对它的研究一定要深入,才能发挥它的重要意义。汽车的转向器更要完善和改进才能跟上这汽车发展迅速的时代。在机械转向器中,齿轮齿条式转向器的结构最是简单,铝合金和镁合金压铸形成壳体,所以转向器质量相对其他转向器来说比较小,体积小,转向摇臂和转向直拉杆都不用设计到转向系统里面,因此转向盘的转角可扩大,刚性大,制造成本也低,适用在各种车型之中。
本篇论文是设计猎豹CS9的转向器以及转向系统等。首先,先对整体的转向系统进行较为完整的了解,再查询一些齿轮齿条式转向器的资料并且进行探究,把齿轮齿条式转向器的各种类型都罗列出来,比较他们的优缺点及实际应用现状,在对转向器的类型进行选择。之后,参考公司原有的CS9汽车总体构架参数,计算出转动系的力传动比与角传动比,确定齿轮齿条的各种几何参数,让齿轮齿条式转向器的总体设计容易实现和构造合理,在对设计的CS9转向系统进行受力分析,疲劳强度校核等等,并且对进行了总体布置,为了优化,采用三维软件CATIA绘制齿轮齿条转向器的数模,绘制工程制图,进而完成齿轮齿条式转向器的完整图纸。
