摘要
随着快递物流行业的迅猛发展,国家对新能源车的政策支持,市场上开始出现了对纯电动物流车的需求。纯电动物流车是以可充电电池作为能量源的汽车,属于轻型货车一类,主要用于运输快递邮件。它主要运行在城市工况上,日常行驶路线相对稳定,采用纯电动的设计能够有效减少城市里的二氧化碳,污染物的排放,环保节能,符合当今城市交通的需求。
本设计基于现阶段物流行业的需求,设计了一款纯电动物流车,包括电池电机选型,其底盘,悬架系统,制动系统,动力系统的设计等,经过校核验算,都能够满足需求。在选型计算的过程中兼顾了经济性能与实用用性能,为纯电动物流车的总体设计提供了一种可行性的方法。
对纯电动物流车进行总体设计的过程中,合理布置了汽车内部的动力传动系统、制动系统、转向系统,使整体空间得到充分的利用。并对电机支架、悬架系统、电池包外壳进行了细节的设计,是整车设计更加贴合实际的需求。最后搭建了一种纯电动汽车动力系统参数的匹配设计方法。对其蓄电池、电机以及传动系传动比等关键参数进行了匹配,结果表明,这种参数匹配方法能够符合纯电动汽车的动力系统要求。
最后参考国家最新对新能源车的补贴标准,计算了此车的补贴金额,确保该设计有一定的商业性价值

Abstract
With the rapid development of the express delivery logistics industry and the state's policy support for new energy vehicles, the demand for pure electric logistics vehicles is beginning to emerge in the market. Pure electric logistics vehicles, which are powered by rechargeable batteries, belong to light trucks and are mainly used to transport express mail. It is mainly on the working condition of city operation, daily route is relatively stable, adopts pure electric design can effectively reduce the carbon dioxide in the city, pollutant emissions, environmental protection, energy conservation, meeting the needs of today's urban traffic.
This design is based on the demand of the logistics industry at present, and designed a pure electric vehicle logistics, including battery motor selection, the chassis, suspension system, braking system, the design of the power system, etc., after checking calculation, to be able to meet the demand. In the process of selecting type, this paper presents a feasible method for the overall design of the pure electric logistics vehicle.

To the overall design of the electric car logistics process, reasonable decorate the car inside the power transmission system, braking system, steering system, make full use of integral space. The design of the frame of electric motor, suspension system and battery pack is made, and the design of the vehicle is more practical. Finally, a method of matching design of dynamic system parameters of pure electric vehicle was constructed. The battery, motor and transmission ratio are key parameters for the match, the result shows that the parameter matching method can meet the requirements of the dynamic system of pure electric vehicles.
Finally, the state's latest subsidies for new energy vehicles are calculated, and the subsidy is calculated to ensure that the design has a certain commercial value
