摘 要
从最近几年来看,随着全世界及我国的汽车工业生产制造设计水平的逐渐提升以及汽车零部件制造水平的迅猛发展。万向传动装置的设计制造对于汽车设计来说已经不可或缺、极其重要,在万向传动装置的构成中,万向节是极为重要的组成部分。并且在众多万向节品种之中,球笼式万向节和三球销式万向节是其中的佼佼者,占有最大的市场地位且得到最为广泛的使用。这两种万向节在整个汽车传动系统中有着举足轻重的作用。然而,在等速万向节的理论研究和应用研究领域,我国的科研水平依旧和世界最先进国家有很大差距。
本次毕业设计的主要内容就是以某的新能源汽车为例子,根据万向节设计的有关原理和准则来进行设计一款等速万向节。在本次设计中我选用RF104等速万向节来作为万向节的外球笼和TJ97等速万向节作为万向节的内球笼。并且在对两种万向节进行参数设计之后,进而利用CATIA软件进行了建模并完成装配工作。
最后本次设计的等速万向节符合基本要求,满足使用寿命要求,结构紧凑,强度合理。

Abstract
In recent years, the design level of automobile industry in the world and China has gradually improved and the rapid development of parts manufacturing level has been achieved. The design of universal drive has been an indispensable part of automobile design. The universal joint is the most important component in the design of universal drive. The most widely used universal joints are the ball cage type universal joint and the three ball pin type universal joint. These two kinds of universal joints play an irreplaceable role in automobiles.
There is still a big gap between the theoretical research and Application Research of the constant velocity universal joint and advanced technology abroad.
Therefore, this paper mainly studies the prototype of a new energy vehicle in a domestic factory. According to the parameters of the vehicle, the RF104 isokinetic universal joint and the TJ97 constant speed universal joint are assembled in the inner and outer sides of the semi axle respectively. Besides, the structure optimization of the two kinds of universal joints is carried out, and then the modeling work is done by using CATIA software and the assembly is completed.
Finally, the design results show that the design of the constant speed universal joint basically meets the requirements, and meets the requirements of use, with compact structure and reasonable strength.
