摘要
轴承在汽车工业中占有重要的地位,一个国家的制造水平很大程度体现在轴承的制造水平上。轴承环轧制成形(简称轧环)是一种在轧辊作用下使环件毛坯壁厚减小、直径扩大、界面轮廓成形的局部连续塑性成形技术。目前的环件轧制测量主要由人工完成,效率低下且准确度低,易受环境影响。而非接触式测量如视觉测量等能有效克服这个缺点。本文主要设计一个能够利用工业相机实现视觉测量的系统,具体设计如下:
(1)利用labview软件设计一个界面,实现环件轧制图像的采集功能,包括实时图像与采集的图像。
(2)利用matlab软件对采集的图像进行处理。讨论滤去3种基色对图像的影响,选择合适的滤波方法,并通过graythresh函数选择合适的阈值对图像二值化处理,最后提取边缘,进行测量。
(3)环件在轧制过程中需要实时测量,因此有必要将labview中采集的图片立即用matlab处理。本文选用labview中的matlabcript函数实现图像的实时测量。

Abstract
Bearing occupies an important position in the automotive industry, the manufacturing level of a country largely reflected in bearing manufacture level. (hereinafter referred to as the rolling ring bearing ring rolling forming) is a roll under the action of reduce ring blank wall thickness, diameter expanding, interface profile forming local continuous plastic forming technique. The ring rolling measurement mainly done by manual, inefficient and low accuracy, vulnerable to environmental impact. The non-contact measurement can effectively overcome the shortcomings such as visual measurement. (1) using the labview software design an interface, to realize the collection of ring rolling image features, including real-time image and image collection.
(2) the collection of image processing using matlab software. Discuss three primary colors to filter the image, the influence of choosing the appropriate filter method, and through the graythresh function to choose the appropriate threshold value of image binarization processing, finally to extract the edge, the measurement.
(3) in the process of rolling ring in need real-time measurement, so it is necessary to labview images collected in matlab to deal with immediately. This article chooses in labviewmatlabcript function image real-time measurement.
