摘要
柴油机是船舶动力设备的核心,气缸和活塞就是柴油机的心脏。随着科学技术的发展对船用柴油机的改进和技术创新已经成为一种趋势,向着更加节能、环保、经济的方向发展。由于柴油机的苛刻工作条件,缸套-活塞环是发生故障较多的系统之一。另外,现在柴油机越来越向重载、高速的方向发展,如何使缸套-活塞环系统在高温、高速、重载的情况下保持良好的摩擦润滑性能,对柴油机的发展起着很重要的作用。因此,对各种摩擦副的摩擦磨损研究是对船舶柴油机进行改进创新的必要条件,而研究最重要的实验手段是摩擦磨损试验机。     
论文是以缸套-活塞环切片为研究对象,设计一种相关的夹具以满足摩擦磨损实验的要求。在夹具的设计方面满足对缸套活塞环切片装夹的可靠性、实现实验加载需要以及回收润滑油便于下一步的分析研究。作为摩擦磨损实验机上可靠的夹具,为实验提供可靠的装夹保证。并且在现有缸套-活塞环夹具的基础上进行创新,在摩擦副运动方式上实现与实际工况相同的运动形式,在加载方式上实现省时、省力、准确的加载。

Abstract
   Diesel engine is the core of marine power equipment。The cylinder liner and piston ring are the heart of the diesel engine. with the development of science and technology, it is a trend towards to improve the marine diesel engines and innovate related technologies. It turns toward on the more energy-saving, environmental protection and economic development.. Due to the harsh working conditions of the diesel engine, the cylinder - piston ring is one of the systems that have more failures. Moreover, the diesel engine is more and more to develop towards heavy loads and high-speeds. It plays a very important role to develop the diesel engine on how to make the cylinder liner-piston ring system keep good lubrication performances under the running conditions of the high temperature, high speed and heavy load. Hence, it is a necessary condition to study the friction and wear performance of various friction pairs for the improvement of the marine diesel engine. The friction and wear tester is the most important experimental method.

The cylinder liner-piston ring sections were taken as the research object in this study. The fixture of cylinder liner-piston ring was designed to meet the requirements of the friction and wear experiment. The reliability of the cylinder liner-piston ring clamping was required during the design processing of the fixture. the experimental loads were needed and the lubrication oil was collected to further analysis. The reliable fixture on the friction and wear tester could provide a reliable guarantee. It was innovated based on the existing fixture of cylinder liner-piston ring. It realized to the same mode of motion as the actual conditions and accurate loads.

本文以船舶柴油机缸套-活塞环切片为设计对象,设计一种缸套-活塞环切片摩擦学测试专用夹具,对缸套—活塞环切片的可靠装夹,并且可以实现不同变量(往复运动,载荷,润滑油)的对比实验。在摩擦磨损实验中,满足实验对切片的装夹要求,同时采用液压加载方式对试件进行加载,以此来满足实验中模拟实际工况的工作压力。 [来源:http://Doc163.com]
