摘 要
针对传统竹笋去皮环节效率低下、破损率高、劳动强度大的问题,本文首先介绍了国内外发展现状,明确了竹笋去皮机的工作原理,进行总体结构设计;根据生产能力要求,选择了电动机的型号,竹笋去皮机的剥皮辊设计、齿轮传动和带传动,确保传动系统的稳定性和可靠性;为保证设备的安全性与耐用性,本文对主要零部件的强度进行了校核;综上所述,本研究提出了一种高效的竹笋去皮解决方案,填补了竹笋加工机械化领域的空白,为农产品加工设备的设计提供了参考。研究成果可显著提升竹笋加工效率,降低劳动力成本,助力竹笋产业向现代化方向发展。

Design Of Bamboo Shoot Shelling Machine
Abstract
In view of the problems of low efficiency, high breakage rate and high labor intensity in the traditional bamboo shoot peeling process, this paper first introduces the development status at home and abroad, clarifies the working principle of the bamboo shoot peeling machine, and carries out the overall structural design. According to the requirements of production capacity, the model of the motor was selected, and the stripping roller design, gear transmission and belt drive of the bamboo shoot peeling machine were selected to ensure the stability and reliability of the transmission system; In order to ensure the safety and durability of the equipment, the strength of the main components is checked in this paper. In summary, this study proposes an efficient bamboo shoot peeling solution, which fills the gap in the field of bamboo shoot processing mechanization and provides a reference for the design of agricultural product processing equipment. The research results can significantly improve the processing efficiency of bamboo shoots, reduce labor costs, and help the bamboo shoot industry to develop in the direction of modernization.
