摘要
我国作为煤炭资源大国,有着丰富的煤矿资源。作为煤矿的开产手段,现在一般主要分为两大类,主要为露天煤矿工况和井下煤矿工况。本文根据辽宁瀚石机械制造有限公司工作需求,设计一台HS150E露天矿用全液压电驱钻机的液压系统。
HS150EQ露天矿用电驱钻机主要是用来露天矿山开采,为穿孔爆破作业钻凿炮孔,具有实际生产应用价值。本文主要针对机械设备的液压系统,详细了解设备的基本结构、功能、性能要求,通过工况分析、完成其液压系统设计。
本文主要的目的通过具体设计,使设计者掌握基本设计思想、设计方法、设计步骤,锻炼设计者将理论知识、基本技术和技能应用于生产实践,提高解决实际问题的能力,为毕业、择业、就业、创业打基础。

Abstract
As a major coal resource country, China has abundant coal mine resources. As a means of coal mine production, it is generally divided into two categories: open-pit coal mine operation and underground coal mine operation. This article is based on the work requirements of Liaoning Hanshi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and designs a hydraulic system for an HS150E open-pit mining fully hydraulic electric drive drilling rig. The HS150EQ open-pit mine electric drive drilling rig is mainly used for open-pit mining, drilling and blasting holes for perforation and blasting operations, and has practical production application value. This article mainly focuses on the hydraulic system of mechanical equipment, and provides a detailed understanding of the basic structure, functions, and performance requirements of the equipment. Through working condition analysis, the hydraulic system design is completed.
The main purpose of this article is to enable designers to master basic design concepts, methods, and steps through specific design, and to exercise their ability to apply theoretical knowledge, basic techniques, and skills to production practice, improve their ability to solve practical problems, and lay a foundation for graduation, career selection, employment, and entrepreneurship.
