摘要
随着高层建筑的出现,随着现代城市建筑的日益发展,作为一个城市、企业的象征的高层、综合性建筑的外饰面大多采用高级美观的装饰材料。为了使建筑物永保青春,减缓由于自然环境污染所造成的城市建筑的老化过程,其外墙的定期安全检修、维护、清洗越来越引起人们的高度重视。安全、实用、高效的外墙面清洗维护系统---擦窗机已经成为高档物业管理的一个必备设备。安装擦窗机是高楼外墙清洁发展方向,一些先进的国家已经发展到用无人操作擦窗机进行外墙清洁工作。应大力研究发展国产的擦窗机,降低成本,使擦窗机逐渐普及。
本课题针对擦窗机装置的继电器系统设计,主要研究计算了以下几个方面的内容:
1.对擦窗机进行了概述。
2.对擦窗机结构进行了阐述。
3.对屋面轨道式伸缩臂变幅擦窗机进行了总体布置和继电器系统设计。

Abstract

Install Building Maintenance Unit is clean development direction of exterior wall, some advanced countries has been developed to perform the wall clean withunmanned operation Building Maintenance Unit. Vigorous efforts should be made to study on the development of Building Maintenance Unit, the domestic cost, make the Building Maintenance Unit popularization.
The topic for the design of Building Maintenance Unit’s relay system, mainly analyze the following aspects:
