摘  要
近年来,随着电商平台和快递物流业的迅猛发展,网购已经成为人们购买商品的一种主流方式。统计数据表明过去10年里,我国每年快递业务量增长率超过了40%,占到了全球总业务量一半以上。随着快递业的兴旺发展,源源不断的快递包裹送往校园,快递包装物被随处丢弃。在快递物流业繁荣的背后,怎样处理社会以及人口密集处的快递包装废弃物,已经了成为一个棘手的问题。在日常的网购中,快递的拆封等行为会产生大量生活垃圾,垃圾回收站负荷过大,处理快递包装废弃物回收的问题迫在眉睫。
本文主要介绍了社会环境中快递行业的废弃物回收模式,以高校为例,讨论四种主要模式的利弊,并且构建模型,填充拉格朗日算法模型中具体要素,通过实地考察,方法主要是访问相关从业者,得出模型测算结果,最后将四种模式具体成本和效益两两比较,从而确定哪种模式适合高校快递包装回收,就该模式存在的问题进行提出和改进。本文将分为五个部分,第一部分介绍研究背景以及意义,通过对国内外学者研究的概括来深入对快递行业的理解,第二部分概括社会整体快递包装物回收现状。第三部分,介绍五种回收模式,分别是无偿回收模式,收取押金模式,电商企业自营回收模式,第三方物流回收模型和以垃圾回收站为主导的回收模式。然后介绍其特点定义,对比它们之间的优劣。第四部分,构建模型,填充具体数据,将四种模式一一测算,相互比较,得出适合高校的模式类型。第五部分,对现有模式的问题进行分析,把未来可能出现的情况的进行展望,得出相关结论。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce platforms and express logistics, online shopping has become a mainstream way for people to buy goods. From a macro perspective, data show that in the past 10 years, China's annual express delivery volume has increased by more than 40%, accounting for more than half of the total global business volume. With the booming development of express industry, a steady stream of express packages are sent to campus, and the packages are discarded everywhere. Behind the prosperity of express logistics industry, how to deal with the express packaging waste in the society and densely populated areas has become a thorny problem. In daily online shopping, the unpacking of express delivery and other behaviors will generate a large amount of household garbage, and the waste recycling station will be overloaded. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to deal with the recycling of express packaging waste.

This paper mainly studies the social environment of waste recycling industry model, in colleges and universities, for example, the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of main mode, and build the model, fill the Lagrange algorithm specific elements in the model and data, combined with field investigation and visit to express practitioners, model calculation results, the final will be four patterns and comparing two specific costs and benefits, to determine which model is suitable for the express packaging recycling, existing problems are put forward on the mode and improvement. This paper will be divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the research, through the summary of domestic and foreign scholars to deepen the understanding of the express industry, the second part summarizes the overall social express packaging recycling status. In the third part, five recycling modes are introduced, namely, free recycling mode, deposit collection mode, self-owned recycling mode of e-commerce enterprises, third-party logistics recycling model and waste recycling station as the leading recycling mode. Then introduce the definition of their characteristics and compare their advantages and disadvantages. The fourth part builds the model, fills the concrete data, calculates one by one the four kinds of patterns, compares mutually, obtains the pattern type which suits the university. In the fifth part, the problems of the existing model are analyzed, the possible future situation is forecasted, and relevant conclusions are drawn.
