摘 要
在当前的 21 世纪环境下,高科技引领世界潮流,推动全球知识经济的发展,人力资本的使用也在不断上升。核心技术人才的使用价值已经超过了其本身的物质价值,成为现代社会发展中不可或缺的一部分。
一个企业要想成功,就必须发挥出其核心知识人才的价值。虽然人才流动有助于资源的合理配置,也有助于人才实现自我的价值,促进社会经济的发展,但是我们作为企业方如果不能正确处理企业核心人才的流动问题会给企业带来损失,因此,人力资源的管理成为了企业发展的一项重要管理内容。本文共五大部分内容,第一部分阐述了研究知识型人才流失的背景、目的及意义,以及国内国外相关文献的综述。论文的研究方法包括问卷调查法和文献研究法。第二部分是知识型人才的相关理论和概念阐述。第三部分是 A 公司目前知识型人才现状。第四部分主要内容是分析知识型人才流动的问题。第五部分是针对知识型人才流动的原因提出解决措施。

ABSTRACT
In the current 21st century environment, high technology leads the world trend, promotes the development of global knowledge economy, and the use of human capital is also rising. The use value of core technical personnel has exceeded its own material value and become an indispensable part of the development of modern society.

If an enterprise wants to succeed, it must give full play to the value of its core knowledge talents. Although the flow of talents is conducive to the rational allocation of resources, it is also conducive to the realization of self-worth of talents and the promotion of social and economic development, as enterprises, if we can not correctly deal with the flow of core talents, it will bring losses to enterprises. Therefore, the management of human resources has become an important management content of enterprise development. This paper consists of five parts. The first part describes the background, purpose and significance of the research on the loss of knowledge-based talents, as well as the literature review at home and abroad. The research methods of this paper include questionnaire survey and literature research. The second part is the related theory and concept of knowledge-based talents. The third part is the current situation of knowledge talents in a company. The fourth part presents the main analyzes the flow of knowledge-based talents.
