摘要
本设计任务是为某经济开发区设计污水再生回用工程,使得出水满足GB18918-2002《城镇污水厂污染物排放标准》一级A水质标准,用于工业生产,及市政工程用水。
本设计的核心工艺为生物接触氧化法。整套工艺流程包括物理处理阶段:格栅、预沉调节池、沉砂池;生物处理阶段:水解酸化池、生物接触氧化池、接触沉淀池,本设计的核心工艺为生物接触氧化法。污水经消毒池之后流向市政管网。此外,该系统产生的污泥经浓缩后进入贮泥池,再输送至脱水机房处理。
本设计单位处理成本为1.56元,单位经营成本为1.30元。工艺的目标去除率:CODcr和BOD5可达90%,SS可达95%,NH3-N以及TN可达83%,TP可达70%。

Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse(WRR)for a economic

Abstract
This design aims to provide a WRR process for a economic development zone. In order to reuse in industrial sector and municipal water uses, the quality of sewage after treatmentmust achieve the first class A ofDischarge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB18918-2002). The whole process includes a physical treatment stage: screen, pre-sedimentationadiustingtank, grit chamber;a biological treatment stage:acidhydrolysis tank, biological contact oxidation tank, contact sedimentation tank. The core of this process is to design the biological contact oxidation tank.The sewage finally discharge into the municipal pipe network after disinfection. In parallel with wastewater flow, the sludge produced during the wastewater treatment is further processed in a thickening tank, a sludge storage tank and adehydration tank one by one.
The unit processing cost and operating cost of wastewater is 1.56 yuan (RMB) and 1.30 yuan, respectively. The possible removal efficiency of main pollutant index by this process are:90% for CODcr and BOD5, 95% for SS, 83% for NH3-N and TN, and 70% for TP.
