摘要：我国汽车保有量已上升到2亿辆左右，随着汽车产销量的大幅增长，车险投诉与纠纷也显著增加，车险行业中普遍存在的“无责不赔”惯例正遭受各方质疑。本文通过研究和分析汽车理赔相关知识，比较我国与国外汽车理赔市场的实际情况，结合长沙市的理赔现状，总结出影响长沙市汽车理赔发展的因素，根据分析结果提出未来长沙市汽车理赔市场的发展趋势，建立规范的，有秩序的，值得信赖的汽车保险理赔系统，为长沙市的汽车保险理赔市场的发展提供参考。
