摘 要:由于我国种茶历史悠久,种植地域广泛,迫切需要机械修剪器具来代替手工修剪。机械修剪是解决劳力不足和降低生产成本的根本途径。而普通修剪机用于重修剪是属于破坏性使用,一般不宜提倡。本课题即针对成龄茶树的深修剪、衰老茶树的重修剪或台刈面临的问题及现有修剪设备的不足,研究出一种全新的茶树重修剪机械设备,并对整机各结构部件进行协调,对修剪机所用刀片的材料、结构进行分析,研制配套的传动系统,相应的带轮,轴,机架,并进行计算和装配图的绘制。

Abstract:Since China has planted tea tree for a long time and has wide cultivated area , mechanical trim is urgently needed to replace manual trim.mechanical trim is most effective way to solve prombles such as scarcity of labourand lower production cost.normal trimmer used for multiple trim is destructive use which is discouraged.This reseach is about deep trim and multiple trim for decrepit trees in order to develop a new multiple trim machine for tea tree.there are several requirements for the machine.analyzing the material and structure of the blade in the machine.developing assorted drive system,corresponding belt pulley, axis, chassis.calculating for the machine, and drawing a Assembly drawing for the machine.
