摘 要:一种青饲料切割机,由装在同一传动轴上的破碎,切碎两种功能的机构构成。破碎机构主要由刀齿板、切刀、刮刀及辊筒构成。加工块茎类物料时,经刀齿的划割,切刀的切割,刮刀的进一步破碎,完成加工过程;同时,可利用切碎机构加工藤蔓、杆叶类青饲料;并采用辊压轮对藤蔓进行自动进给。若拆下破碎部件,换上磨碎齿板,又可作为薯类淀粉初加工机具。因此,既能满足青饲料加工要求,又能加工薯类淀粉,适应农村养殖业的需要。

The design of green fodder cutting machine
Abstract:One of the green fodder cutting machines which is consisted of the structures that contain the two fuctions- broken and shredding ones is constructed in the same drive shaft .Besides, the broken subjects is mainly consisted of plate cutters, machetes, blade and roller. When dealing with the tuber materials,we should achieve the process through cutting the tooth, cutting the cutter and the further scraping. Meanwhile, the shredding structure can be utilized to process the liana and the green fodde of leveraged leaf,and roller round can also be used to fulfill the automatic feed . If the teeth grinding plate is installed by replacing the broken parts ,the machine can also be treated as the primary processing machinery of potato starch. Therefore, it can meet the need of the rural areas due to its fuction of processing green fodder and the fuction of processing processing potato starch. [资料来源:http://doc163.com]

我们设计的该青饲料切割机属于一种多功能的饲料加工机具,特别适于对块茎,块根类物料的切碎和破碎加工,也可用于对薯类淀粉的加工。
目前的饲料加工机具,一般采用一片或多片刀片,在旋转过程中将饲料切碎;对于块茎类饲料的加工,则用磨齿片将饲料磨碎。前者满足了藤蔓,杆叶状饲料的加工;后者可对块茎块根类饲料的加工。作为一般青饲料的加工,已是可行的了,但加工后的物料中,浆状体比较多,粒度细小,对块茎类物料的加工,这种情况尤为突出,不利现在推行的青储饲料技术的应用。青储饲料工艺对原料的要求,往往要使切碎或破碎后的饲料保持较好的粒状,特别对含淀粉高的薯类青饲料,要求在加工中尽量减少浆状体,更有利于发挥青储饲料的效益。
该机具是一种可将块茎,块根类青饲料一次加工成块粒状的青饲料切碎机,同时具有藤蔓,杆叶类青饲料的切碎机构,还是一种可较方便地更换上磨碎齿板,作为薯类淀粉加工的多功能机具。
该机具的优点是破碎辊筒上的齿、刀部件配合作用,减少了对物料的挤压、碰撞的机会,降低了块茎类饲料加工的浆状体;同时在加工藤蔓、杆叶类饲料时采用辊压轮进给,大大提高了送料时的人身安全;加之同破碎机构安装在同一传动轴上的切碎机构,即可完成块茎、块根类青饲料的加工,又可同时加工藤蔓、杆叶类饲料。不但简化了设备,而且避免了采用不同的传动轴和共用同一动力时给操作使用带来的麻烦。破碎辊筒上的刀齿板、切刀、刮刀可拆下,换上磨碎齿板,又具有薯类淀粉加工能力。因而它有结构简单,适应性强的特点,能充分满足农村,特别是山区农村推广。
