摘要
随着中国制造业和物流业的快速发展,门座式起重机在港口、码头、货场等方面具有不可替代的地位。本次毕业设计所设计的机构是多用途门座式起重机的运行机构。运行机构主要用于水平调整起重机的工作位置。本设计依据任务书提出的设计参数和机型要求,首先进行了设计选型,完成了多用途门座式起重机总体设计计算;然后完成了运行机构设计计算及传动零件的选型;最后使用三维建模软件SolidWorks对运行机构主要零件进行建模,以直观体现各零部件个构成。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's manufacturing and logistics industry, portal cranes are irreplaceable in ports, wharfs and freight yards.
The role. The graduation design is designed by a multi-purpose gantry crane. The operation mechanism is mainly used for the horizontal adjustment of the crane's working position. This design is based on the design parameters and model requirements proposed by the task book. First, the design selection is carried out, and the overall design calculation of the multi purpose portal crane is completed. Then the design calculation of the operating mechanism and the selection of the transmission parts are completed. Finally, the 3D modeling software SolidWorks is used to model the main parts of the operating mechanism. In order to intuitively reflect the components of each component.
