摘要
液压挖掘机是工程建设中的主要施工机械,液压技术作为现代挖掘机的技术基础,对其工作性能的优劣有直接影响。本文首先阐述了挖掘机液压系统的基本组成及常见的回路,着重分析了基于动臂能量回收的挖掘机液压系统。接着通过分类对比传统能量回收方式,提出了一种新型的混合动力液压挖掘机动臂能量回收系统,并对其进行了数学建模及仿真,最后对仿真结果进行分析。
主要工作如下:
1、概述挖掘机液压系统的发展及研究现状。详细分析了典型动作的液压回路,为后期新型动臂能量回收系统的提出打下理论基础。
2、在借鉴了目前已发展较为成熟的油电混合动力技术的基础上,综合考虑挖掘机自身的工况特点,运用与液压原理相关的知识,设计出一种基于液压马达-发电机单元的能量回收系统。
3、在确定了系统原理图后,进一步提出动臂下降能量回收系统的控制策略,该控制策略对工作模式的判断及工作性能的分析有重要意义。最后,对能量回收单元建模仿真并进行相应的仿真分析,利于系统的进一步优化。

Hydraulic system design for hydraulic system
Abstract
Hydraulic excavator is the main construction machinery in the field of engineering construction. As hydraulic technology is the foundation of modern excavator, it has a direct impact to the working performance of the machine.The hydraulic system of arm on SY215C8M type excavator provided by SANY is regarded as the research object. The paper firstly introduces the basic composition and common loop of hydraulic excavator and emphatically discusses the analysis of hydraulic system based on energy recovery. Through comparing traditional energy recovery system, a new energy recovery system of arm on hybrid hydraulic excavator is put forward. The tentative analysis of the mathematical modeling and simulation is also carried out.
The main work is as follows:
1.The paper summarizes the development and research status of the hydraulic system of excavator. Then it detailedly introduces the hydraulic circuit of typical movements on the basis of analysis on the operation condition of hydraulic excavator, which builds a solid theoretical foundation for the energy recovery system of arm on hybrid hydraulic excavator. 2.On the basis of today’s mature hybrid technology, considering the conditions of excavators’ own characteristics, the principle of hydraulic systems is flexibly used to design a new energy recovery system based on hydraulic motor-generator unit.
3.After determining the schematic diagram of arm energy recovery system, a control strategy of arm lowering energy recovery system is further proposed. The control strategy has significant importance to determining the mode of operation and analyzing the working performance. Finally, the energy recovery unit is modling and simulated, which is beneficial to optimizing the system furtherly.
