摘要
太阳能光热发电按其集热形式主要有槽式、塔式和碟式三种。这三种太阳能热发电技术都有其自身的特点,本次主要进行槽式太阳能集热器的设计。 槽式抛物面聚光集热器利用光学聚焦原理,将太阳光聚集起来,提高单位面积太阳辐射能量的密度,获得高温的蒸汽和热水,以进行热发电。
本文主要对槽式太阳能集热器跟踪驱动系统进行了详细的设计,包括步进电机的选择、涡轮蜗杆减速器的设计、齿轮销轮减速设计。涡轮蜗杆减速器的设计及销轮减速器的设计包括自身尺寸的设计及对应强度的验算,它们必须同时满足尺寸要求和使用要求。槽式太阳能集热器的设计还包括集热器的设计,集热器由反射镜和支架两部分组成。支架的设计包括支架的选型以及它与反射镜的安装。最后介绍了PROE以及用它对支架进行的建模过程。

Trough solar collector stent design
abstract
Solar thermal power their main form of collector trough, tower and dish three. These three solar thermal power technology has its own characteristics, mainly for this trough solar collector design. Concentrating parabolic trough collector optical focusing principle, the sunlight gathered to improve the solar radiation energy per unit area density, high temperature steam and hot water to obtain, for thermal power generation. This paper focuses on trough solar collector tracking drive system carried out a detailed design, including the choice of the stepper motor, worm reducer design, gear pin wheel reducer design. Worm reducer design and pin wheel reducer design includes the design of their size and the corresponding strength checking, they must also meet the size requirements and usage requirements. Trough solar collector design also includes the design of the collector, the collector by the mirror and bracket of two parts. Stent stent design includes the mirror selection, and its installation. Finally, the PROE and use it to stand for the modeling process.
