摘 要
随着我国国民经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,城市需水量日益增加,我国的多数大中城市供水量严重不足,为解决日益严峻的水荒问题,只有开展污水资源化工作,将城市排出的污水经特定水处理装置处理后作为水资源来重复使用。任何物质都有自己固有的频率,水垢属于无机盐类,一般设备的外壳都是金属材料制作,水垢和金属材料的振荡频率不同。当今社会,机械工业是一个国家的重要产业,机械工业的发展无时不刻都在影响着国家经济的发展,人类的进步离不开机械工业的发展。在全球经济发展的大环境下,中国各个行业被其他国家的先进技术影响的同时,越来越多的外国企业和品牌传播到中国已经成为现实。在新的市场需求的推动下,对水处理装置进行改良和优化是当务之急。有大型水处理装置生产企业对设备的安全指标的有着一定生产的严格要求,包括它的结构组成和零部件的工艺性能,都提出了更高的要求。国内水处理装置的研发及制造要与全球号召的高效经济、安全稳定主题保持一致。水处理装置的发展与人类社会的进步和科学技术的水平密切相关。

本次设计是对带旋转电梯水处理装置设计 ,通过对传统的水处理装置结构进行了改进和优化,使得此种类型的水处理装置的使用范围更广泛,更加灵活,并且对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the rapid development of China's national economy and the people's living standards, urban water demand is increasing, a serious shortage of water supply in our country the majority of large and medium-sized cities, in order to solve the increasingly serious water shortage problem only to carry out sewage resources, the discharge of urban sewage specific water treatment apparatus in the treatment of as water reuse. Any material has its own inherent frequency, scale and belongs to the inorganic salts and general equipment shell is made of metal materials, the oscillation frequency of the scale and metal materials different. In today's society, the machinery industry is an important industry of a country, the development of the machinery industry has been affecting the development of the national economy, human progress can not be separated from the development of the machinery industry. In the global economic development environment, China's various industries are affected by the advanced technology of other countries at the same time, more and more foreign enterprises and brand spread to China has become a reality. Under the impetus of new market demand, it is urgent to improve and optimize the water treatment equipment. There are strict requirements for the safety of equipment in the production of large scale water treatment plant, including its structural components and parts of the process performance, have put forward higher requirements. Domestic water treatment equipment R & D and manufacturing to be consistent with the global call for efficient economic, safe and stable theme. The development of water treatment device is closely related to the progress of human society and the level of science and technology.
The design is based on proe of rotating elevator water processing device design, through to traditional water treatment device structure are improved and optimized, making this type of water treatment device using range more widely, more flexible, and has a certain reference value for future design and selection.
