本课题主要针对小型产品3D设计(健身器材),该健身器材的材料主要为板材及钢材,是现今日常生活中一种贴近生活,贴近人们现今生活追求的产品,通过对产品各部分材料的受力选取和各种加工方式的分析和比较,最终设计出的一款健身产品,该课题从产品结构工艺性,各种材料的刚性精准度,锻造,焊接都有详细的设计,通过整个设计过程表明,各种材料的选择,同时对加工工艺进行分析,随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,生存需求的极大保障,人们开始了更高的需求,生活品质的追求,健康的追求,人们开始越来越关注自己的健康,因为生活在今天的中国水平不同,并不是所有人都能每天去健身房锻炼,所以设计符合广大人民需要,同时在此条件下常见的,人人能负担得起的健身器材具有广阔的市场空间,但是现在市场上的设备大多是单一类型的多功能组合健身器材,由于其市场价格,使设备到目前为止仍然不能进入普通家庭,设计一个低价格,功能实用的健身器材是我设计的主题,应注意避免像市场上单一设备利用率低的问题,同时满足人民的需求,另外还需要一个美丽,安全,耐用,容易维护,容易制造并且低成本的健身器材。 [资料来源:http://www.doc163.com]
为此,我到很多健身房和一些健身器材商品柜台进行实地考察,同时在互联网上收集数据,了解培训师和用户的经验,调查他们的需求同时,总结了各个方面的需求,设计只有一个多功能健身机。本作品具有以下特点:
1:每个作品只能进行单人锻炼。
2:使用方便,使用方便能够满足用户顺利操作和锻炼调节。
3:安全性好,工作平稳,安全系数值取稍大。
4:  锻炼功能组合合理,符合大众健身的需要。
5:  制造加工方便,性价比高。
6: 结构紧凑,拼装设计,便于包装,运输。
因为我在学校学习的基础不够,知识水平有限,所以很难避免在设计有很多的不足,我请求老师给予宝贵的改正意见。
