摘要：我国制药行业进入高速发展阶段，企业间的竞争日趋白热化，要想在医院市场占有不败之地，就迫切需要企业增强自身竞争力，除了提高厂房设施等硬件竞争力，更重要的是注重企业软竞争力的提升。对于大多数行业来说，存货都是不可避免的一个环节；而对于医药企业而言，存货无疑占据着资产相当大的份额，存货成本控制也在其成本控制中起着举足轻重的作用，所以加强对医药企业存货成本的控制，可以降低其经营风险，为其带来更大的利益空间。科学高效的存货管理体系不仅能够协助企业更加健康、长久地发展，还能够使企业在当前激烈竞争的市场中脱颖而出，为企业的未来发展计划的制定奠定一定的基础。本论文以制药行业的佼佼者：云南白药集团为研究对象，首先介绍了研究背景及存货管理的相关概念，其次详细分析了当前云南白药集团存货管理的现状以及存在的问题，最后给出了防范云南白药集团存货管理问题的途径。

Abstract:Pay attention to the improvement of the company's soft competitiveness. For most industries, inventory is an unavoidable link. For pharmaceutical companies, inventory inevitably occupies a considerable share of assets, and inventory cost control plays a pivotal role in its cost control, so strengthening Controlling the inventory cost of a pharmaceutical company can reduce its business risk and bring it greater room for profit. A scientific and efficient inventory management system not only helps companies to develop healthily and in a long-term, but also enables companies to stand out in the current fiercely competitive market, laying a solid foundation for the formulation of future development plans for the company. This thesis takes the leader of the pharmaceutical industry: Yunnan Baiyao Group as the research object. It first introduces the research background and related concepts of inventory management. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Yunnan Baiyao Group's inventory management in detail. Finally, it gives precautions.
