陕西兴化股份有限公司资本结构研究

摘 要

资本结构是指企业各种资本的构成及其比例关系。选择企业的资本结构这一问题进行研究，具有重要的理论价值，也具有很强的现实意义。从微观上讲，合理的企业资本结构有利于开拓企业内部资本市场融资能力，提高企业的融资效率和经营效率，创造更大价值；从宏观上讲，研究企业的资本结构，有助于我国融资制度的改革，建立并完善包括企业债券市场在内的融资体系，从而便于整个社会的投融资活动，实现金融资源的合理配置，促进经济的长期增长。本文旨在通过对陕西兴化股份有限公司的资本结构进行分析，为陕西兴化股份有限公司的资本结构的优化提供可行方案。

本文针对陕西兴化股份有限公司的资本结构，以企业价值为中心，以资本结构理论作指导，采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法对公司资本结构进行分析。首先介绍研究的背景及意义以及国内外相关的研究，其次介绍相关的理论，着重对企业的资本结构进行分析研究，从负债和权益两个方面，分析不同的资本结构对企业价值的影响，找出其当前资本结构存在的问题，针对这些问题提出

优化的方案，为企业最佳的资本结构决策提供一种选择。

Research on Capital Structure of the

Shaanxi Xinghua Chemical Co., Ltd. 

Abstract

 The capital structure refers to the proportion of capital structure and their percentages. Choosing this subject not only has important theoretical value but also has great practical significance. Microcosmicly, proper capital structure is good to develop the internal capital market financing capacity, improve financing and operational efficiency and so to create greater value. Macroeconomicly, doing research of the company’s capital structure is good to the financial reform, establish and improve the financing system which includes the corporate bond market, so it can facilitate investment and financing activities in the community as a whole to realize the rational allocation of financial resources, and promote long-term economic growth. This article aims to provide viable options for the structure optimization of the capital of Shaanxi Xinghua Chemical Co., Ltd according to analyze its capital structure.

This article centers on the value of the company, under the direction of the theory of capital structure, and choose the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to analyse this company's capital structure. First it introduces the background and significance of the study as well as some related researches all over the world .Then it comes to the introduction of relevant theory which focus on capital structure and sets up from two aspects of the liability and equity to analyze the impact of different capital structure of the enterprise value, and find out questions of the current capital structure and finally give the solution for the enterprise's capital structure and offer them the best choice.
