浅谈陆贽管理思想(论文8000字)
摘  要
陆贽,字敬舆,唐朝著名的政治家、政论家、文学家。陆贽曾于德宗时出任宰相。陆贽在位时,公忠体国,励精图治,具有远见卓识。在唐朝混乱不堪,风雨飘摇时,他直言社会之乱象与问题,筹谋安抚天下之大计,为朝廷提出了许多良策。他力谏德宗重视人才,广开言路,纳言改过,了解下情。这些建议有些为德宗采纳,化为实际政策。由于他善于预见,措施得宜,力挽危局,唐朝摇摇欲坠的局面得以转危为安[ ]。

Abstract
Lu zhi, styled jingyu, was a famous politician, political theorist and litterateur in the tang dynasty. Lu zhi served as prime minister during the reign of emperor dezong. During his reign, lu zhi was loyal to the state and devoted himself to governance with great vision. When the tang dynasty was in a state of chaos and turmoil, he spoke out the social chaos and problems, made plans to appease the world, and put forward many good policies for the court. He remonstrated with the emperor that he attached great importance to talents, and opened up his views widely. Some of these Suggestions were adopted by the emperor and translated into practical policy. As he was good at foreseeing and taking appropriate measures to pull back the crisis, the shaky situation of the tang dynasty was saved.
