摘 要
本设计的内容为江苏省昆山市某中学教学楼,设计内容主要包括两大部分:第一建筑方案设计;第二结构设计。本着安全,适用,美观和节约的原则进行设计。主体五层,采用内廊式主体结构,整个建筑外形呈一字形布置,与周围其他建筑相互协调,既保持了足够的间距满足采光通风要求也体现了美观。在结构方主要采用混凝土框架结构,充分考虑大空间教室的跨度进行梁板的设计,消防等方面进行了充分考虑。在选择材料方面优先考虑安全耐用,其次是价格合理经济实惠。整个建筑从方案选型到结构设计都严格按照设计手册及相关规范,在构造方面也进行充分考虑,以满足教学功能要求,有利于学生身心健康为宗旨。最后应用CAD软件和PKPM软件画出设计的建筑和结构图。

ABSTRACT
This design content for the teaching building in a middle school in Jiangsu Province, Kunshan City, the design content mainly includes two parts: the first architectural design; second structural design. In line with the safe, applicable, aesthetic and economical design principles. The main five layer, the middle corridor type structure, the building shape is a font layout, and the surrounding buildings coordination, while maintaining a sufficient spacing to meet the ventilation requirements are also reflected light appearance. Mainly used in the structure of reinforced concrete frame structure, the design fully consider the space of the classroom of the span for beam, were considered in the fire.
