摘要
伴随着我国经济能力的发展,人们拥有着越来越好的生活环境导致人们对生活用水的要求的提高,但是以往的供水无法满足人们的要求。因此应用变频调速技术来提高供水质量,实现恒压供水在现今的供水环境下受到了广泛的重视。
本设计我将使用S7-1200PLC来对管网进行恒压控制。该设计的主要部件包括水泵电机、变频器、PLC。再设计中我首先对我国供水背景和方式进行论述和比较以及对恒压供水优势进行介绍。在第二章中我对该设计的原理进行了介绍,对该设计所选用方案的优势进行了介绍,以及对该设计进行了能耗分析。在第三章硬件设计部分我首先对系统主电路图进行了绘制,对硬件设备进行了选型,然后对系统电路图进行绘制,以及对端口地址进行编写和PLC外围接线图进行绘制。在第四章中我使用了博途软件对系统软件进行了设计和编写以及对系统可视画面的绘制。接下来中我还对PID控制器的原理和组成模块进行了介绍,以及对PID参数进行了设置。通过以上设计的完成,就可以通过PLC来对整个系统的运行进行控制,实现恒压供水,满足居民对用水质量的要求。 [资料来源:http://Doc163.com]

Design of constant pressure water supply system based on s7-1200
Abstract
With the development of our country's economic capacity, people have more and better living environment leading to the improvement of people's demand for water, but the former water supply can not meet people's requirements. Therefore, the application of frequency control technology to improve the quality of water supply, to achieve constant pressure water supply in today's water supply environment has been widely.
This design I will use S7-1200PLC to control the constant pressure of the pipe network. The design of the main components including water pump motor, inverter, PLC. In this design, I first discuss and compare the background and the way of water supply in our country, and introduce the advantages of constant pressure water supply. In the second chapter, I introduce the principle of the design, and the advantages of this design are introduced, as well as the design of the energy consumption analysis. In the third chapter, the hardware design part I first on main circuit diagram of the system was drawn, for the selection of hardware devices, and the system circuit diagram drawing, and the port address were prepared and PLC external wiring diagram drawing. In the fourth chapter, I used the software to design and compile the software of the software and the visual picture of the system. Next, I also introduced the principle and composition of the PID controller, as well as the parameters of the PID settings. Through the completion of the above design, you can control the entire system through the PLC to achieve constant pressure water supply, to meet the requirements of the quality of water for residents.
