摘要
本课题来自于实际的科研项目,立体刀具库系统的设计。随着科学技术的不断发展,对现代制造业提出了更高的要求。刀具库系统作为自动化加工过程中储刀及换刀的一种装置,是数控机床的重要功能部件,为数控机床缩短机床非切削时间,降低劳动强度提供了必要条件。对高精度、高效能、高可靠度的产品的要求加速了对立体刀具库的研究。立体刀具库可存放多种刀具,可由PLC控制电机旋转带动刀具库动作,通过软件可以控制刀具库提供刀具选择。利用PLC编程完成刀具库快速找刀、快速换刀,使刀具库选刀换刀更简洁方便。在刀具库定位问题上,PLC程序控制采用模块化设计方法,是目前生产机床十分优秀的方法,很容易应用到各式机床上。刀具库控制系统将以较快的速度发展。缩短换刀时间,提高刀具的定位精度是重要的手段,有利于数控技术的发展。组态软件提供了可视化监控画面,有利于实时现场监控,展示了刀具库运作过程,以便研究改进。

Abstract
The topic comes from the research project, which is the design of three-dimensional cutter librarysystem. With the continuous development of science and technology, higher requirements have been put forward for modern manufacturing industry. Cutter library system is a device for automatic machining process ,which is an important part of CNC machine tool . It provides necessary condition for shortening the machine non cutting time of CNC machine tool and reducing labor intensity is an important feature of CNC machine tools. Products of high precision, high performance and high reliability require the acceleration of the three-dimensional cutter library research. Three-dimensional tool library can store a variety of tools. The cutter movement driven by the rotation of the motor,which is controlled by PLC. Cutter library provides the selection of cutters,which is controlled by software.Finding and changing the knife quickly can be finished by the PLC programming. It makes choosing and changing the knife more simply and easily .complete tool library quickly choose the tool library is more simple and convenient tool change. About the problems in the cutter location, PLC program control applies the modular design method, which is a very good method in the production of machine tools, and is easy to be applied to all kinds of machine tools. Cutter library control system will grow fast. It’s is an important method to shorten the time of changing the cutter and improve the accuracy of positioning the cutter , which will help the development of CNC technology. Configuration software provides a visual monitor screen, which is beneficial to real-time site monitoring. This shows the running process of the cutter library,which is helpful to study and improve.
