摘  要
近年来，由于工业现代化和自动化行业突飞猛进的发展，对检测、智能仪表控制、PLC控制以及工业网络技术要求越来越高，现场控制和监视已经很难满足现代化工业的发展需求，很多自动化厂家也相继开发出了无线监控系统相关模块。为了使在校学生能够准确把握行业发展方向，掌握必备的实践操作技，能针对这些情况，本文通过运用实验室现有设备仪器和外购的相关模块，开发了一种低成本、高集成、网络化的小型锅炉过程控制实践装置，集成了主要工业参数现场就地监测控制、PLC模拟量和数字量控制[1]。以及无线网络化监控等功能，能够通过对同一过程对象的不断强化深入掌握过程自动化的核心知识。
具体方案为设计基于S7-1200控制器的小型锅炉无线监控系统，实现对小型锅炉内液体的液位、温度、的控制，并采用触摸屏对小型锅炉内液体的液位、温度值的变化进行实时监控，并通过GRM503-NY进行远程的PLC梯形图下载，上传，任何能上网的电脑、手机可以对设备进行远程监控，可以实现PLC 电话、短信报警，短信查询，短信控制。
