建设低碳型社会主义新农村的思考

摘  要：如何推进现代农业建设的顺利进行，提高农民收入和改善农村生态环境，实现农业的可持续发展，是新农村建设中面临的根本问题。在新农村建设中积极推行低碳模式，一方面确保新农村建设快速推进，又避免先污染后治理、先粗放后集约的旧的发展模式，是实现农村经济社会可持续发展的最佳路径。笔者详细阐述了低碳型新农村建设的重要意义及面临的主要问题，并提出了建设低碳型新农村的对策建议。

Thought About Construct Low-Carbon Socialism New Countryside
Abstract：How to promote the smooth development of modern agriculture, increasing farmers income，improving the rural ecological environment and realize sustainable development of agriculture are fundamental problems of rural development in this new period. Actively in the implementation of the new low-carbon rural development model, not only to ensure rapid progress of construction of new countryside, but also to avoid the pollution first, treatment later which the first extensive old after intensive model of development is to achieve sustainable development of rural economy and society the best path. The author elaborated write about that low-carbon is important for building new countryside and facing major problems, and proposed the construction of new rural low-carbon countermeasures.
