摘 要
当今社会日新月异飞速发展,对电力需求量也不断增长,电能紧缺问题也变得日趋严重,社会经济的发展受到了极大的制约。为了更合理高效地利用电能,更好地做到节约电能,那前提是能够对电量参数进行准确、实时地测量。这就不得不需要电子技术支持。
电子技术就是根据电子学的原理,制造某种特定功能的电路和运用电子元器件设计来解决实际问题的科学,包括电力电子技术和信息电子技术两大大的分支。信息电子技术中包括模拟电子技术和数字电子技术。其中电子技术需要电子信号进行技术处理,处理的方式包括:信号的发生、放大、滤波、转换。
文中论述了工频电压最大值测量的原理,并利用单片机技术,通过软件的编写来代替传统仪器中的大量硬件,将工频电压最大值以数字显示出来,其精确性、便利性都有很大提高。在此基础上,文中详细介绍了整个系统的软硬件开发过程。

Abstract
With the increasing demand for electricity, the problem of power shortage is becoming more and more serious, which greatly restricts the development of social economy.
