橄榄球运动1823年起源于英国中部的一个城市拉格比，不仅有广泛的群众基础，而且观赏性很强，英式橄榄球世界杯是目前最具有代表性的比赛，具有浓厚的吸引力，其电视观众和现场观众的数量仅仅次于奥运会和足球世界杯赛。2009年9月10日国际奥委会在第121次全会上正式宣布，七人制橄榄球项目被列为2016年奥运会正式的比赛项目，在此基础之上，国家体育总局为推动该项目在全国范围内的推广、普及，又将其列为2013年全运会的比赛项目，山东、江苏、北京、安徽、上海、河北、新疆等各省相继建立了橄榄球队，准备在国内橄榄球各项比赛以及全运会上争金夺银。
河北省女子七人制橄榄球队成立于2011年7月，经过六年左右的艰苦训练，队伍的整体水平不管是在球队的技战术、身体素质、运动专项能力，以及比赛经验等方面都有了很大的提高，随着球队的新老交替，更新换代，队伍的建设也有了进一步的提高。但是在参加了2013年全运会，以及各项全国的大赛中，都暴露出了很多的问题。为了明确差距，并且找出不足，本文将对河北省女子七人制橄榄球队的现状做一个比较的分析，并提出相应的解决措施，以便使省队在现有的基础上，得到进一步的提高，为接下来完成2017年全运会任务打下坚实而有力的基础。 [资料来源：http://www.doc163.com]

Abstract
Rugby is originated in Rugby,a central city of England in 1823 and it has broad mass base and strong . The Rugby World Cup as the most important represenative of the game has strong attraction to the audience and TV viewers which is just inferior to the Olympic Games and Soccer World Cup. Rugby sevens in 2009 is listed as the 2016 Olyipc Games official competition projects, on this basis, the state general administration of sports to promote the project in the nationwide promotion, popularization, and will it as a national games events in 2013, shandong, Jiangsu.BeJing, Anhui .Shanghaiand other provinces have set up a Rugby team, ready to all the games and national games medal competition in China.
Rugby team in hebei province was founded in July 2011, after six years of hard training, the overall level of the contingent of whether it's in the team's tactics, physical quality, sports special ability, and experience and so on all had the very big enhancement, but in 2013 participated in the national games, as well as the national competition, many problems are exposed. In order to define the gap, and find out the insufficiency, this article will to women the status quo of sevens rugby team in hebei province to do a comparative analysis, and put forward the corresponding solution measures, in order to make the provincial on the existing basis, further improve, for the following to complete the task to lay a solid foundation of the national games in 2017 [资料来源：www.doc163.com]
