五节芒耐铜毒性和修复能力的研究(8800字)
摘 要:重金属铜污染是主要土壤污染类型之一。为了探明五节芒修复土壤重金属铜污染的能力,本文通过盆栽试验模拟添加不同浓度铜条件下观察五节芒的生理变化, 结果表明,中低浓度铜处理下五节芒生物量呈显著性地增加, 土壤Cu添加浓度为600mg/k g时, 五节芒生物量最大,说明五节芒有很强的Cu毒性耐受力,能在较高有效态Cu污染土壤上正常生长;土壤Cu添加浓度为600mg/k g时,地上部Cu的含量为410.45mg/k g,这说明五节芒具有较强的修复能力。以上结果表明:利用五节芒修复重金属铜矿区污染土壤有重要的意义。

Study on Toxicity Resistance and Repair Ability of Miscanthus floridulus to the soil Polluted By Copper
Abstract: Cu is one of the main type of soil pollution. In order to probe the repair capacity of Miscanthus floridulus to the Cu polluted soil, this paper observe the physiological changes of Miscanthus floridulus through the pot experiment adding different concentrations of copper. The results show that Miscanthus floridulus biomass was statistically significantly increase in low concentrations of copper. While Cu was added in a concentration of 600mg/kg, Miscanthus biomass arrived to the maximum, it proves the Miscanthus have strong resistance to Cu toxicity ability and grow normally in the higher available Cu contaminated soil; in the same condition, Cu content above the ground is 410.45mg/kg ,this shows that Miscanthus has a strong ability to repair. These results suggest that it is of great significance by using Miscanthus to remedy the heavy metal copper contaminated soil.
