微细粒人造硫化矿的絮凝浮选实验研究(7300字)
摘  要:我国目前铅锌冶炼废渣堆存量大,占用大量的土地,并且造成资源的大量浪费;铅锌废渣经雨水淋洗,重金属随水迁移至水体与土壤中,危害人类健康。根据资源节约和环境保护的原则,急需开发一种从铅锌冶炼废渣中高效、清洁回收金属资源的新技术。
铅锌废渣中铅锌主要以氧化态和金属态存在,用传统的选矿方法难以进行浮选回收。通过机械活化、热液硫化等强化方法使废渣中的氧化铅锌深度硫化,转化为人造硫化矿,然后通过絮凝浮选回收有价金属,能取得良好的经济和环境效益,为冶炼废渣的资源化利用探索一条新的途径。本研究是其中一部分,主要针对已合成的细粒人造硫化矿,研究絮凝浮选的影响因素和实验条件,为后续研究提供基础数据。

RESEARCH ON FLOCFLOATATION TESTS OF FINE ARTIFICIAL SULFIDE MINERAL
Abstract:Our current zinc smelting slag heap of old, take up a lot of inventory of the land, and cause significant waste of resources; Lead and zinc leaching residues, heavy metal by rain with water and soil water movement to, harm to people's health. According to the resource conservation and environmental protection principle, need to develop a zinc smelting slag from clean and efficient recovery in the new technology of metal resources.

In zinc slag zinc mainly oxidation state and metal state of existence, and metal with traditional tiny disseminated extent dressing method, it is difficult to analyze flotation recycling. Through mechanical activation, hydrothermal sulfide method to make the waste such strengthen zinc oxide sulfide, into the depth of sulfide ore, then through artificial flocculation flotation recovery of valuable metals, can obtain good economic and environmental benefits for smelting slag, the resource utilization of exploration a new solution. This research is a part, mainly in the fine grain of man-made already synthesis of sulfide ore, study the influence factors of flocculation flotation and the experimental conditions.
