摘要
在基坑施工时,对周围建筑物和围护结构等的变形的控制效果决定着项目成功与否。在深基坑施工时只要有开挖过程,都会产生受力状态的改变,致使施工变形的存在,施工变形会影响工程及其围护结构和周围建筑物的稳定性。若其变形量到报警值后不及时采取措施将可能导致基坑失稳事故的发生。安全合理的变形监测值能够判断出施工的安全情况,为施工过程是否发生危险事件进行预测,以便及时为安全施工采取一定的措施。因此,必须对基坑开挖过程的监测工作进行足够关注。
在进行基坑施工时,其施工范围内的土应力状态将由静止向被动和主动变化,应力情况变化会使基坑产生变形,即便有围护结构,不难免的会造成基坑发生变形,即围护体系、坑内和周围土体的水平和竖向变形等。这些变形值如果大于报警值,都可能导致危险事件的发生,如围护体系倒塌破坏、基坑倒塌以及其周围建筑物的破坏。因此,得知科学的进行基坑监测和基坑变形预测是很重要的。
可见,地铁车站对施工变形的监测和变形预报既可以检验设计资料的正确性,又可以及时指导施工、避免基坑发生事故。正在建设中的南通二号线城市轨道交通预留工程就是明挖法施工,本文以现场施工时所获取的监测资料和实际施工时所发生的各种问题为基础进行了施工监测设计方案制定方面的研究。

Abstract
In the foundation pit construction, the effect of controlling the deformation of surrounding buildings and surrounding structures determines whether the project is successful or not. During the construction of deep foundation pit, as long as there is excavation process, the stress state will change, resulting in the existence of construction deformation, construction deformation will affect the stability of the project and its enclosure structure and surrounding buildings. If the deformation reaches the alarming value, the failure to take measures in time may lead to the foundation pit instability accident. Safe and reasonable deformation monitoring value can judge the safety situation of construction and predict whether dangerous events occur in the construction process, so as to take certain measures for safe construction in time. Therefore, it is necessary to pay enough attention to the monitoring of foundation pit excavation.During the construction of foundation pit, the stress state of the soil within the construction scope will change from static to passive and active, which will cause deformation of the foundation pit. Even if there is a retaining structure, it will inevitably cause deformation of the foundation pit, that is, horizontal and vertical deformation of the retaining system, the soil in and around the pit. If the deformation value is greater than the alarm value, it may lead to the occurrence of dangerous events, such as the collapse of the containment system, the collapse of the foundation pit and the destruction of the surrounding buildings. Therefore, it is very important to know scientific foundation pit monitoring and deformation prediction.It can be seen that the monitoring and deformation prediction of construction deformation in subway stations can not only check the correctness of design data, but also timely guide construction and avoid foundation pit accidents. The reservation project of nantong no. 2 urban rail transit under construction is the open-cut construction. Based on the monitoring data obtained during the field construction and various problems occurred during the actual construction, this paper studies the formulation of construction monitoring design scheme.
