摘要
现阶段,全球能源短缺问题和环境污染问题的日益严重,各行各业在发展和生产过程中,也应更加注重能源的节约和对环境产生的影响。汽车行业作为重要的一部分,相比于传统的内燃机汽车,纯电动汽车的在节能和环保方面的优势越来越受到政府的重视。但是由于电机类型和电池的限制,纯电动汽车则需要设计更好的变速器来满足汽车动力性和经济性的要求。随着我国城市物流的快速发展,物流车的数量也急剧增加,造成了严重的城市环境污染和交通拥堵等社会问题。纯电动物流车因具备环保清洁的优势逐渐取代了传统的内燃机汽车。本文注重设计一款小型纯电动物流汽车的变速器。
本文以纯电动汽车为研究平台,以机械式变速器为研究对象,设计纯电动汽车两档变速器。两轴式变速器结构简单、外形尺寸小、传动效率高和噪声低,各个挡位只经过一对齿轮传递动力,能量损失少。汽车采用前置前驱的行驶,考虑到变速器尺寸较小,所以设计的纯电动汽车变速器采用两周式变速器。设计时考虑电动汽车参数和行驶性能要求,来确定所需要的驱动电机的选型,得到电机的转矩、功率和转速。根据纯电动汽车整车参数和设计要求,考虑到汽车动力性和经济性的问题,设计传动机构和各个挡位。确定了两轴变速器之后,计算传动机构各个挡位的齿数和轴进行计算并校核,最后对传动机构各零件进行catia进行建模和装配。

Abstract
   At this stage, the global energy shortage and environmental pollution problems are becoming more and more serious. In the process of development and production, all industries should pay more attention to energy conservation and environmental impact. As an important part of the automobile industry, compared with the traditional internal combustion engine vehicle, the advantages of the pure electric vehicle in the energy saving and environmental protection are more and more valued by the government. However, due to the type of motor and battery limitations, pure electric vehicles need to design better transmission to meet the power and economic requirements of the vehicle. With the rapid development of urban logistics in our country, the number of logistics vehicles has also increased rapidly, causing serious social problems such as urban environmental pollution and traffic congestion. The pure electric logistics vehicle gradually replaced the traditional internal combustion engine because of its advantages of environmental protection and cleanness. This article focuses on the design of a small pure electric logistics car transmission.

  In this paper, the pure electric vehicle is taken as the research platform, and the mechanical transmission is taken as the object of study. The two speed transmission of the pure electric vehicle is designed. Two axle transmission structure is simple, high transmission efficiency and low noise, each gear only through a pair of gear transmission power, less energy losses. The automobile front driving, taking into account the transmission size is smaller, so the pure electric car gearbox design with two circular transmission. In the design, considering the parameters of the electric vehicle and the driving performance requirements, the torque, power and speed of the motor are obtained. According to the parameters and design requirements of the pure electric vehicle, considering the problems of the power and the economy of the automobile, the drive mechanism and the various gears are designed. After the two axis transmission is determined, the number of teeth and the shaft of each gear of the drive mechanism are calculated and checked. Finally, the CATIA of each part of the transmission mechanism is modeled and assembled.
