摘要:本文针对基于plc的切刀联动伺服控制系统的设计。首先,对可编程控制器的工作原理以及伺服系统的原理进行了深入的分析和研究。然后,实现了切刀的自动运行、工料位置的控制、人机界面的操控等。最后,通过对梯形图的逻辑的紧密控制以及与人机界面的互动,实现了该控制系统的运行以及切刀的合理控制。

The Design Of Cutter Servo Linkage Control System Based On PLC.
Abstract:In this paper, the design of the servo control system based on PLC is introduced. Firstly, the working principle of PLC and the principle of servo system are analyzed and studied deeply. Then, the automatic movement of the cutter, the control of the position of the material and the control of the man-machine interface are realized. Finally, through the tight control of the logic of the ladder diagram and the interaction with the man-machine interface, the operation of the control system and the reasonable control of the cutter are realized.
