摘要:可编程控制器(PLC)是一种数字运算操作的电子系统,在上世纪六七十年代诞生以来发展十分迅速,同时在电梯中的应用已经日趋成熟,本文将可编程控制器应用于敬老院四层电梯控制系统中,首先利用组态王对四层电梯系统进行仿真,基本实现对电梯控制系统功能的演示。然后利用三菱FX2n-48MR分配电梯控制系统输入输出点,并设计系统外部接线图。利用三菱PLC运行软件GX Developer编写程序并使用ZR-99A四层电梯模型调试,最后实现了电梯控制系统的正常运行,达到了设计要求。

Design of elevator control system in elderly hospital based on PLC control
Abstract: Programmable controller (PLC) is an electronic system with rapid development of digital operation. The application in elevator is maturing. In this paper, the programmable controller is applied to the four layer elevator control system in the old hospital. First, the king view is used to simulate the four layer elevator system, and the elevator control system is basically realized. A demonstration of the function of the system. Then use MITSUBISHI FX2n-48MR to allocate the input and output points of the elevator control system, and design the external wiring diagram of the system. Finally, using the MITSUBISHI PLC running software GX Developer to write the program and run the debugging, finally realized the normal operation of the elevator control system, and achieved the design requirements.
