摘 要
从19世纪末以来,经过全世界诸多领域人们的研究,出现了非常多的预防波磨的报告。虽然相关研究人员发表的理论众多,但是这些理论还是不能很好地解释波磨的形成机理,目前也没有人提出能很好地解决波磨问题的方法。近些年来,由于列车的速度越来越快、然后还不断引入新型车辆等原因,形成的波磨也越来越多了,因此人们意识到进行波磨的相关研究变得必不可少了。波磨的研究与很多领域都有关系,如固体接触力学、滚动接触理论、结构动力学、摩擦学、计算方法等。所以,对地铁钢轨波磨问题进行更多更深的研究是必不可少的,通过研究钢轨波磨的形成机理,然后对此提出一些减缓波磨形成的措施,对促进我国地铁发展、减少噪声具有非常大的帮助。本文通过对由实验采集的信号进行分帧、加窗、快速傅里叶变换等处理,得出结果。最后,本文选取处理之后的结果,进行对比,得出结论。本文的主要研究成果为:
(1)阐述信号处理的研究现状,结合文献综述概括了信号处理的方法;
(2)学习理解常用的几种处理信号的方法,对由实验台采集信号进行分帧、加窗、快速傅里叶变换等处理,完成了对双轮实验台进行信号处理的工作; [来源:http://www.doc163.com]
(3)通过选取处理之后的结果,进行对比,得出结论:首先,转速和冲角对啸叫噪声的大小有着比较大的影响;其次,转速对啸叫噪声的大小为主导作用,冲角为次要作用。
(4)根据分析结果,本文提出3条抑制啸叫噪声的建议。

Abstract
Since the end of the 19th century, there have been many reports of the prevention of wave grinding through the research of people in many fields around the world. Although there are many theories published by relevant researchers, these theories cannot explain the formation mechanism of wave grinding. At present, no one has proposed a method that can solve the wave grinding problem well. In recent years, due to the increasing speed of trains and the continued introduction of new types of vehicles, wave formation has also become more frequent. As a result, people are aware that research on wave grinding has become indispensable. The study of wave grinding has relations with many fields, such as solid contact mechanics, rolling contact theory, structural dynamics, tribology, and calculation methods. Therefore, it is indispensable to carry out more in-depth studies on the rail railing problem of subways. By studying the formation mechanism of rail corrugations, some measures to mitigate the formation of corrugations are proposed to promote the development of subways and reduce noise in China.
