摘  要
水力除焦系统是用高压水泵将把除焦水通过工艺管线在钻具的喷嘴处汇聚成高压高速的线束,利用此线束来将焦碳切碎,从而达到除焦的目的。
有井架水力除焦设备是以井架为基体,钻机绞车安装于井架底部的旁侧。钢丝绳一端固定于钻机绞车卷筒上,另一端通过导向滑轮,将固定式滑轮组、游动式滑轮组联结成一个滑轮组系,终端用钢丝绳夹、套环与游动式滑轮组固定。
滑轮组下端与风动水龙头连接,往下依次为钻杆、自动切换切焦焦器。
除焦时,除焦水由高压水泵泵出,经由除焦控制阀、工艺管线、风动水龙头,最后进入自动切换切焦器,由切焦器的喷嘴射出。
进行除焦的执行机构是钻孔切焦器,高压水通过切焦器斜向下的喷嘴射出高压水在成塔焦碳的中心处从塔顶至下钻出一个通孔,然后堵住切焦器钻孔喷嘴,打开切焦器水平喷嘴,从中射出高压水进行成塔焦碳的切焦,切下的焦碳从塔中心孔及除焦通道中滑至料场,此过程一直到整塔焦碳除完。
