摘要
目前，现代社会已经慢慢地进入到了信息化时代当中，其中，还存在着一些不良影响及安全问题，若未能采取适宜的对策进行处理，将会使人们陷入较为危险的境地。因此，为了促进国家和经济的发展，更好的满足人们需求，需要对网络信息化建设工作引起更多重视，加强对安全问题的研究，进而制定有效的解决方案对其进行处理，为网络信息不好的行为的预防、抵制等提供更多支持。
本文的研究重点是对已有研究所阐述的在网络信息化建设中存在的安全问题，主要是安全意识的缺失、安全基础薄弱、相关法律法规不完善这几大方面进行综述，并提出切实有效的解决方案主要是健全网络信息化建设安全方式、加强网络信息化建设的立法、强化政府职能以及及时更新安全防护设备等方面进行综述。
