摘  要：保险中介是整个保险市场的一个重要的组成部分。它是保险人和投保人之间的纽带和桥梁,对保险运行起着至关重要的作用。但由于历史和现实诸多原因,我国保险中介市场存在许多问题和弊端。本文对我国保险中介市场的发展现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上对进一步完善我国保险中介市场提出了几点建议。

The Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of China Insurance Intermediary
Abstract：The insurance intermediary is an important part of the whole insurance market. It is a linkage between the insurer and the insurance applicant and plays an important part. But domestic insurance intermediaries have many problems and weakness because of a lot of historical and realistic reasons. The paper first explains the importance of the insurance intermediaries, and then analyzes the current situation of domestic insurance intermediaries, last some suggestions about how to perfect domestic insurance intermediaries are put forward.
