摘 要
随着微电子技术的应用,市场上使用的传统称重工具已经满足不了人们的需求,为了改变传统称重工具在使用上存在的问题,出现了将检测与转换技术、计算机技术、信息处理、数字技术等技术综合一体的现代新型称重仪器,本次设计的电子秤集智能化、自动化、人性化为一体。本系统主要由AT89C51单片机来控制,通过称重传感器信号放大并进行模数转换,再配以键盘、LED液晶显示和软件来组成。该电子秤不但能实现秤的基本功能,还能实现计量单位选择、累计、设定价格和电子时钟功能,具有功能多、性能价格比高、功耗低、系统设计简单、使用方便直观、速度快测量准确、自动化程度高等特点,很大程度上满足了应用需求。

The design of a digital electronic scale based on the microcontroller
Abstract
With the application of microelectronics technology, the traditional tools weighing on the market has failed to meet people's needs, in order to change the traditional weighing instruments in use on the problems, there has been the detection and conversion technology, computer technology, information processing, new weighing instrument modern digital technology and other technologies integrated whole, this set of intelligent design of electronic scales, automation, humanity as a whole. This system is mainly controlled by AT89C51 microcontroller, via the load cell signal amplification and analog to digital conversion, together with the keyboard, LED liquid crystal display and software components. The electronic scale not only to achieve the basic functions of scale, but also to achieve measurement unit selection, cumulative, set prices, and electronic clock function, with multi-function, high cost performance, low-power, system design is simple, easy to use and intuitive, speed fast measurement accuracy, high degree of automation, largely to meet application needs.
