四君子汤结合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌复发性胃溃疡的疗效分析
四君子汤结合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌复发性胃溃疡的疗效分析(论文4100字)
摘要：目的 探究幽门螺杆菌阳性复发性胃溃疡患者应用奥美拉唑联合四君子汤的应用疗效。方法 选取我院2013年1月至2014年12月收治的88例幽门螺杆菌阳性复发性胃溃疡患者，采用随机数字表法将这些患者均分为研究组与对照组。对照组患者用每日20mg奥美拉唑合并抗幽门螺杆菌予以治疗，研究组患者采用每日20mg奥美拉唑、抗幽门螺杆菌联合四君子汤予以治疗，治疗时长为6周。治疗完成后对两组患者临床疗效、症状缓解度作出评价，检测两组患者的幽门螺杆菌清除率以及治疗完成后6个月的溃疡复发率，并记录治疗期间两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者的治疗总有效率为90.09%，优于对照组的79.55%（P<0.05）。研究组患者治疗完成时的幽门螺杆菌清除率与6个月后复发率分别为95.54%、6.82%，而对照组患者治疗完成时的幽门螺杆菌与6个月后的复发率分别为82.62%、15.91%，研究组优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗期间，研究组患者4例患者发生不良反应，分别为2例腹胀、1例反酸、1例腹痛，对照组患者3例发生不良反应分别为1例腹胀、1例反酸、1例腹痛，两组数据对比无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 奥美拉唑结合四君子汤对幽门螺杆菌复发性胃溃疡患者的幽门螺杆菌的清除率、复发率以及整体疗效较好，并且两组药物的结合使用并无明显的不良反应现象发生。 [资料来源：http://www.doc163.com]

Effect of Sijunzi Decoction Combined with omeprazole in the treatment of recurrent gastric ulcer with Helicobacter pylori
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of omeprazole combined with Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive recurrent gastric ulcer.methods 88 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive recurrent gastric ulcer in our hospital from December 2014 to January 2013 were selected,the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group by random digits table method.The control group was treated with daily 20mg omeprazole,the study group were treated with daily 20mg omeprazole combined with Sijunzi Decoction，treatment duration was 6 weeks.After treatment, the clinical efficacy and symptom relief of the two groups were evaluated,two groups of patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and the treatment of 6 months after the completion of the ulcer recurrence rate,the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded during the treatment.Result The total effective rate of the study group was 90.09%, which was better than the control group79.55 %(P<0.05).In the study group, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori and the recurrence rate after 6 months of treatment were 95.54% and 6.82%, respectively,while the control group of patients in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori and 6 months after the recurrence rate was 82.62%, 15.91%, the study group was better than the control group (P<0.05).During the treatment, patients in the study group, 4 cases of adverse reactions, 2 cases were abdominal distension, 1 cases of 1 cases of abdominal pain, acid reflux,the control group of 3 cases of adverse reactions were 1 cases, 1 cases of 1 cases of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, acid reflux,there was no statistical significance (P>0.05) in the two groups. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Sijunzi Decoction on Helicobacter pylori recurrence of gastric ulcer patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication rate, recurrence rate and the overall effect is better, and the combination of the two groups of drugs no obvious adverse reaction phenomenon occurred.
