摘要:目的 探究对前交叉韧带损伤后重建患者分别应用Endobutton钢板与Rigidfix横穿钉固定对其重建疗效的影响以及其对股骨隧道扩大情况的分析。方法 选取我院骨科2011年1月至2014年9月收治的84例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者,采用随机数字表法将这些患者随机均分为E组与R组。E组患者自体腘肌腱重建损伤的前交叉韧带后采用Endobutton钢板固定,R组患者自体腘肌腱重建损伤的前交叉韧带后采用Rigidfix横穿钉法固定。在术后3个月、6个月、12个月对两组患者进行回访。比较分析两组患者在三维CT下的股骨隧道大小情况,并对所有患者治疗前后与术后3个月、6个月、12个月的膝关节功能进行评分。结果 术后3个月与6个月,E组患者的股骨隧道大小均小于R组,两组数据对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后12个月对比,E组与R组患者的股骨隧道大小无明显差异(P>0.05)。E组与R组患者在治疗后,其膝关节功能评分均较治疗前高(P<0.05);而在治疗后的膝关节功能评分上,E组与R组患者组间比较并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 对前交叉韧带损伤患者,Endobutton钢板固定法对股骨隧道大小的影响上,早期较Rigidfix横穿钉固定法更小;而长期影响对比上,并无差异。且两种固定法对于膝关节的恢复均具有较好的疗效。

Endobutton steel plate and Rigidfix were used to analyze the femoral tunnel enlargement of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
Abstract: Objective  To explore the effect of Endobutton and Rigidfix on the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament injury and its effect on the reconstruction of the femoral tunnel and the analysis of the expansion of the femoral tunnel.Methods  84 cases of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament injury in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2011 were selected,the patients were randomly divided into E group and R group by using the random number table method.E group of patients with autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury by Endobutton plate fixation,R group of patients with autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament injury by Rigidfix cross pin fixation.At 3 months, 6 months, two months, 12 groups of patients for a return visit,the knee joint function of all patients before and after treatment with 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after operation was evaluated.Results  After 3 months and 6 months, the size of the femoral tunnel in the E group was smaller than that in the R group, and the data of the two groups were statistically different (P<0.05);At 12 months after operation, there was no significant difference in the size of the femoral tunnels between the E group and the R group (P>0.05).After treatment, the knee joint function scores of the E group and the R group were higher than those in the treatment group (P<0.05);In the knee function score after treatment, there was no significant difference between the E group and the R group (P>0.05).Conclusion  In patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury, the Endobutton plate fixation method was smaller than that of Rigidfix in the early stage of the femoral tunnel size;And the long-term impact on the contrast, there is no difference.The two fixation methods have good effects on the recovery of knee joint.
