Abstract
    Guangzhou QS foreign trade company, is a small and medium sized foreign trade enterprise which is based on the export trade, in the center of the Pearl River Delta, which is in line with the development of regional economic and social development.Small and medium enterprises are the most active economic entities in the market economy. In China, the number of small and medium enterprises reached more than 99% of the total number of enterprises. The development of small and medium enterprises is an important part of the whole development strategy of the country, which highlights the importance of the status and function of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The research direction of this report focuses on the management and the status quo of the export trade, and analyzes the operating status of QS foreign trade company. To carry out this research, can exercise the ability to analyze and solve problems, help to better use of the relevant professional knowledge learned, and at the same time to understand the foreign trade enterprises operating mode and foreign trade environment.
