摘 要：建筑工程质量的控制是保证工程质量优劣的首要前提，工程质量的优劣不仅关系到企业的生存发展，而且关系到国家和人民群众的生命财产安全。现阶段我国工程质量形势不容乐观，本文将从认识建筑工程质量、建筑工程普遍存在的质量问题、解决的途径与方法、建筑工程质量事故处理等几方面略述一下建筑工程质量问题控制的措施和方法，从而提高人们的质量意识。

Study on the Quality of the Project of HuiJin Residence in YouXian
Abstract: To control the quality of the construction project is the most important premise to the construction. The quality of the engineering is related not only to the survival and development of the enterprise, but also to the state ants people's life and property security. In our country, the situation of the quality of engineering is not optimistic at this moment. This paper will first give a definition to the cons, quality, and then point out the common problems and provide ways and methods to solve the problems and some accidents situations. From those aspects, we can draw a better understanding of how to prevent and deal the problems of construction, so as to improve the awareness and consciousness of common people.
