亚硝酸盐快速检测方法的研究(6700字)
摘 要：本文提出了一种新型快速的检测方案，并制作成功了亚硝酸盐快速检测试纸卡，检测样品时只需将样品提取液滴在试纸卡上，待3min后将试纸卡对照标准比色卡，即可得出检测结果。与分光光度法做了灵敏度和准确度的对比，该方法具有简单，有效，灵敏度和准确度高，不需要专用仪器设备等优点。

Study On The Method Of Rapid Detection On Nitrite
Abstract: A new type of detection scheme to nitrite was put forward in this paper. A kind of rapid test strip to detect the nitrite was made successfully in this experiment. It need only three minutes to acquire the result by comparison of sample detected and standard try card after sample were dropped to test strips. The sensitivity of this method was compared with spectral chromatography .The result demonstrate that t this method is simple, effective, sensitivity high, and requires no special equipment, etc.
