摘要
钾是植株发育必要的营养元素,可对植株的生长起到促生作用。解钾菌能分解土壤中的含钾矿物,使土壤中一些不可利用的钾元素转变为速效钾,从而利于植物的生长。本实验取已初筛的2株解钾菌E18(贝莱斯芽孢杆菌)、E27(壳聚糖酶产生菌)进行摇瓶复筛,探究解钾菌株在解钾发酵培养基中的解钾效率。以黑叶葵扇白菜作为供试植物,接种E18菌、E27菌进行盆栽实验,探究这两株解钾菌对作物的促生效应。结果表明,接种E18菌,E27菌的两个处理均能改善白菜生物性状,增加白菜的株高,鲜重和干重,增加土壤速效钾含量。接种E18菌株和E27菌株后,与对照相比,白菜株高分别增加8.21%和11.05%,鲜重分别增加34.19%和38.72%,干重分别增加44.03%和33.58%。同时,两株解钾菌都会对土壤的微环境产生一定影响,接种E18菌和E27菌后,土壤速效钾分别增加6.86%和10.11%。总体看,E18菌、E27菌都能改善土壤微环境,提高作物品质。

Study on screening and growth-promoting effect of potassium-solubilizing bacteria
Abstract
For plant growth, potassium is an essential nutrient element, which can improve plant growth. Potassium-solubilizing bacteria can decompose silicate minerals, transform some insoluble potassium in soil into available potassium, which is beneficial to the utilization of plants. In this experiment, two strains of potassium bacteria E18( Bacillus velezensis) and E27( Mitsuaria.sp ), which had been initially screened, were rescreened by shaking bottles to explore the potassium-solubilizing efficiency of potassium strain in potassium fermentation medium. Chinese cabbage was used as the test plant, and the strains of E18 and E27 were inoculated in pot experiments, in order to explore the effect of potassium-solubilizing bacteria on crops. The results showed that the two treatments inoculated with E18 and E27 strains could improve the biological characters of Chinese cabbage. Compared with the control group, the plant height increased by 8.21%, the fresh weight increased by 34.19% and the dry weight increased by 44.03% after inoculating with E18 strain. The plant height increased by 11.05%, the fresh weight increased by 38.72%, and the dry weight increased by 33.58% after inoculating with E27 strain. Compared with the control, the soil available potassium increased by 6.86% after inoculation with E18 strain,and increased by 10.11% after inoculating with E27 strain. In general, E18 strain and E27 strain could ameliorate soil micro-environment , enhance crop yield. [资料来源:www.doc163.com]
