摘 要
随着科技的发展和人们生活水平的提高,湿度传感器的应用越来越广,对其性能的要求也越来越高。纳米材料作为一类新型的感湿材料,具有很多独特的性质,在湿度传感器领域内具有客观的前景。
本实验中所用的纳米ZnO用碳热还原法制得,通过XRD、SEM对其来进行表征。然后在不同的湿度下对ZnO纳米线进行I-T、I-V测试,从而得出ZnO纳米线在不同湿度下的电阻变化以及对其肖特基效应的影响。
实验结果表明,这些器件具有相对较大的灵敏度,从而说明 ZnO 纳米线在湿敏领域有很好的应用前景。

Investigation of the humidity sensitivity based on one dimensional ZnO nanostuctures
Abstract
With the developing of technology and improving of People’s living standard,there,re more and more demands put forward to humidity sensors.Nanometer material as a new type of humidity sensing material, it has many unique properties, with the objective of prospect in the field of humidity sensor.

ZnO NWs that Used in the present experiments was by carbon thermal reduction method, then through the XRD、SEM on its to express. Then test the ZnO NWs,volt-ampere characteristics and current and time curve in different humidity, thus obtains the ZnO nano wire resistance change under different humidity and influence on the Schottky effect.
The experimental results show that these devices have relatively high sensitivity, so that the ZnO nanowires have good application prospect in the humidity field.
