摘要:随着网购的兴起,快递行业得到了飞速发展。快递物流企业的发展壮大打破了EMS和中铁快运两分天下的格局。快递企业因其具有时效性、准确性、安全性和方便性深受广大消费者青睐。然而,快递企业在给人们带来“足不出户”的便捷同时,也存在着很多亟待解决的问题,例如:人员态度问题、运输速度问题、快件完好度问题、企业信誉度问题等多个方面。经过对快递企业在服务中所存在问题的详细归纳,主要集中在“收寄环节的告知问题、运输环节的安全问题、投递环节的效率问题、签收环节的验货问题”等。本文通过对物流快递行业的整体分析,从制约电子商务发展的物流投递发展现状入手,提出无主投递入户系统在解决物流快递配送“最后一公里”中所具有的独特优势,并对系统的设计与实现提出了具体的解决路径。

ABSTRACT

With the rise of online shopping, the express industry has developed rapidly. The development and expansion of the express logistics enterprises broke the pattern of EMS and the fast transport of China Railway. Express enterprises are favored by the vast majority of consumers because of their timeliness, accuracy, safety and convenience. However, the courier business is bringing convenience to people at the same time, but there are still many urgent problems to solve, such as personnel attitude problem, transportation speed problem, express integrity problem, enterprise reputation problem and so on. After a detailed summary of the problems existing in the courier service, it is mainly focused on the following aspects: "the notification of receiving and sending links, the safety problems in transportation links, the efficiency of delivery links, and the inspection of signing contracts". In this paper, through the overall analysis of the logistics and express industry development status, delivery starting from restricting the development of e-commerce logistics, the main delivery system has unique advantages in solving the home logistics express delivery "last mile", and solve the path of system design and implementation of a specific.
