农业保险发展的政策分析：基于国别经验的比较(11000字)
摘 要：农业保险是一种经济政策性保险。是为政府推行特定的经济政策所举办的非盈利性保险。各国政府在其特定经济发展的背景下，推行的农业保险，自然形成了各具特色的发展模式和相应政策。中国农业保险的发展起步晚、发展慢、过程曲折，比较缺少国家财政支持，想要改变目前困境的重要手段就是改变国家对农业保险的政策。了解和考察国外先进农业保险模式、背景和政策，对探讨我国农业保险的发展道路，更好的发展农业保险具有重要的意义。

Development of Agricultural Insurance Policy Analysis: Based on Country Experiences
Abstract:The agricultural insurance is an economic policy insurance.non-profit insurance is organized by the government's economic policy. Governments in the context of their specific economic development, the implementation of agricultural insurance, naturally formed a unique development model and corresponding policies. Development of agricultural insurance in China has long been the lack of state financial support.An important breakthrough to change the current predicament is to change the operating mechanism.
