摘  要：不良贷款一直是制约我国商业银行发展的一个瓶颈，也是现代金融发展中的一个全球性难题。随着我国经济体制改革的深入和经济全球化的发展，这一问题已日趋严重，不但困扰着企业、银行、政府、财政的改革和发展，还危及到整个金融经济体系的稳定。本文在国内外现有研究成果的基础上，从不良贷款的现状着手，搜集了商业银行不良贷款基本状况和影响程度的相关数据, 对主要国有商业银行不良贷款的变动进行分析，力图从经济、社会、银行自身等角度寻求影响银行不良贷款的影响因素，找到不良贷款的防范措施。

Abstract: Non-performing-loans, also as a global problem in the world economic development, has been a long-term bottleneck limiting economic growth in China. With the economic reformation and spread of globalization, the non-performing-loans seriously puzzle the enterprise, bank and government and threaten the stability of the whole financial system as well. This paper ,based on the existing research results from home and abroad, collects basic conditions about non-performing-loans and its related data, which help us to find factors that influence the non-performing loans from different aspects like economy and society to solve this issue.
